Mr. Paddock previously studied finance & economics at the University of Denver before leaving school to start Ahead Wind. Rob‘s prior experience as a blade production worker at Vestas gives him a unique background that combines hands-on engineering work and formal business training. Mr. Paddock leads the production team at Ahead Wind and is in charge of all customer outreach. 

Isaiah Silva has his background in Mechatronics Engineering and product development. With experience working on projects with companies like Boom Supersonic and building his own company Atomata, Isaiah has proven that he makes things happen. Isaiah enjoys playing the stock market and weight lifting for fun.
